Triad Renovates Historic Crescent Brewery Building In a nod to heritage and the tradition of quality building construction, Triad Distributing, Northwest has purchased the Crescent Office Building in Nampa, Idaho along with the 2.8 acres that adjacent the property. Once part of the historic Crescent Brewery complex, over the coming year, Triad will renovate the nearly 100-year old building and transform it into a showpiece for their hardware, sealant, caulk and adhesives distribution business. Included in the plan is construction of a detached warehouse and contractor's showroom. While the Crescent Brewery was torn down in 1966, the historic Crescent Office Building still carries the banner of the Brewery's charming history. In keeping with the historic renovation going on in the neighborhood, Triad will preserve the look of the original site and any additional development will blend in with Crescent Brewery theme. The new showroom will incorporate memorabilia and photographs gathered from local residents and will highlight the history of the location while heralding the new quality building materials of the future.
